Orders are processed and shipped within 2 - 5 business days from the date the order & payment is received.

  • ​Processing & Production time does not include weekends.

 

All orders ship USPS (standard) or UPS (expedited) to ensure the quickest & safest delivery.

  • When your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation, along with tracking info.

  • Please make sure your account and address information is correct before completing your order. We do not offer refunds or replacements for incorrect addresses or shipments shown as "delivered" in tracking update. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be resent only after your purchase of new postage.

DELIVERY TIMES

Within the US

Please allow 5-10 business days for standard shipping delivery. Expedited shipping rates and transit times are shown at the time you place your order (typically 2-5 business days, depending on the expedited rate you have selected).

International

Transit time for standard shipping is typically 1-3 weeks. Expedited shipping rates and transit times are shown at the time you place your order (typically 2-5 business days, depending on the expedited rate you have selected). Further delays in delivery time can occur if held up in customs, which unfortunately is beyond our control. Please note during holiday months (November-December) we typically see longer transit times due to the high volume of packages being shipped during this time. 

***For shipments that far exceed the typical transit times, please contact us for an investigation into your package. Packages that have stopped traveling and show no new scans for 30 or more business days may be considered lost in transit (see our Lost in Transit policy, below).  We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and if your package is officially missing, we will gladly offer you a store credit or ship you a replacement order.

 


US SHIPPING RATES

Domestic orders of $75 or more receive free  standard shipping. Orders below $75 ship for a flat rate of $9. 

We also offer the option for expedited 2-3 day delivery (once shipped) for a flat rate of $25.

*Please note Free Shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more is applied after discounts (including reward point discounts.)



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

Canada + Mexico

Orders over $150 receive free  standard shipping. Orders below $150 ship for a flat rate of $15. We also offer the option for expedited 2-3 day delivery (once shipped) for a flat rate of $35.

European Union

Orders over $250 receive free  standard shipping. Orders below $250 ship for a flat rate of $25. We also offer the option for expedited 2-3 day delivery (once shipped) for a flat rate of $45.

Asia, Africa, Australia + New Zealand

Orders over $400 receive free  standard shipping. Orders below $400 ship for a flat rate of $40. We also offer the option for expedited 2-3 day delivery (once shipped) for a flat rate of $65.

 

PLEASE NOTE Orders placed outside of the U.S., generally accrue additional taxes and/or duties charged by your local Customs and Post Office. We do not have access to, and are not responsible for any charges that your local post office and/or government may enforce once packages have left the U.S. The recipient of the package is responsible for all additional duties, customs fees and local handling charges incurred for the delivery of the package. For the most informative and accurate information, please contact your local Customs & Post Office.

***Any package that is refused or sent back to us for any reason will also not be accepted for return or refund/store credit. Refused and returned International packages are not well handled by shipping carriers and take approximately 3-9 months to be received. Due to the nature of the ingredients and products, they are no longer in resalable condition and are discarded/recycled upon receipt.

REFUNDS 


We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products, for the general reason of dissatisfaction (don't like the scent or texture, for example). We are confident in the efficacy of our products, and we recommend you reach out to us before your order regarding any skin concerns that you have to ensure you get the right product for your skin goals. We want you to benefit from your products and take great pride in creating an enjoyable experience for you.

  • All ingredients are disclosed on each product page. Please check the listing to make sure no allergy could exist before purchasing any of our products , and also check your purchase before opening or using the products to ensure you have the product you ordered.

  • Trial sizes are available so you can try our products before committing to full sizes. Our trial sizes provide enough product to give a sense of scent, texture and compatibility with your skin. We also include samples with every order. Feel free to request the samples you would like to try. Trial sizes and samples are non-refundable.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of any of our products, retain your products, and contact us to discuss your concerns. We may ask you to return them for quality control evaluation.

Items Lost in Transit
By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. After an order ships, most are delivered in a timely manner, however, external factors such as shipping carrier issues and customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order delivery time exceeds 30 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order.


Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect all merchandise upon arrival. 

  • If your products arrive damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours to report and discuss a store credit or replacement. Photographs of the damage are appreciated and help us to ship safer in the future.

  • If you've received an incorrect item, please contact us and we will happily send a replacement.
