USPS First Class Mail - this is the most affordable method of shipping for your order, however we make no guarantee of how long it will take for your order to arrive.
USPS Priority Mail - Your order will arrive within 6-10 business days from the date it is shipped.

Due to the botanical nature of our fresh made products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on opened items. We are confident in the efficacy of our products, and we recommend you reach out to us before your order regarding any skin concerns that you have to ensure you get the right product for your unique skin. We want you to benefit from your products and take great pride in creating an enjoyable experience for you.
Trial sizes are available so you can try our products before committing to full sizes. Our samples provide enough product for at least 3-6 uses and give a sense of scent, texture and compatibility with your skin. Trial sizes are non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of any of our products, retain your products, and contact us to discuss your concerns. We may ask you to return them for quality control evaluation.

Items Lost in Transit
By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. After an order ships, most are delivered in a timely manner, however, external factors such as shipping carrier issues and customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order delivery time exceeds 30 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order.
Please inspect all merchandise upon arrival.
If your products arrive damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours to report and discuss a store credit or replacement. Photographs of the damage are appreciated and help us to ship safer in the future.
If you've received an incorrect item, please contact us and we will happily send a replacement.
