When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 2-5 business days. At times, there may be a slight delay as some products may need to be made fresh (rarely). Are your products Certified Organic?
Our standards are extremely high when it comes to choosing and sourcing ingredients. The ingredients we use are always certified Organic or Wildcrafted. We encourage you to read our product pages thoroughly before purchase to ensure they meet your convictions. All ingredients listed as Organic or Wildcrafted have received the proper certification by our suppliers.
Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?
Yes! All of our products are cruelty-free, most are vegan and one is vegetarian. We would never think of testing our products on animals. Additionally, we purchase supplies and ingredients from suppliers who do not test on animals. All NATURALLOGIC products are tested on the formulator, and other willing & happy humans.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Though the shelf life varies from product to product, my products have an average shelf life of 1 year. Products such as serums and cleansing oils will remain fresh and usable for up to 2 years. Please keep in mind that your products are made fresh, from natural whole food grade ingredients, so naturally your skin will benefit most if they are used as directed, and consistently, from the day you receive them.
Why is my product a slightly different color than my previous order?
We use our ingredients in high percentages & due to natural crop variation, color depth of the botanicals, extracts, clays, distillates & essential oils can vary from season to season. This in no way lessens the effectiveness of the product. We'd rather not include synthetic dyes, bleaches or color enhancers to create consistency.
