  • How are your products different than other natural products?

    While there are many natural skincare brands, we focus on nutrition to provide skin with fundamental nutrients it will use to function at its best, and create products that nourish many skin needs at once. Skin thrives when we nourish it with the same nutrition we feed our bodies - it doesn't need many products and steps to be optimally healthy. Instead of creating dozens of single benefit products, we provide skin with the most beneficial, multi-functional nutrition in one minimal daily routine. Fewer products. Better skin.

  • Are your products organic?

    Our standards are extremely high when it comes to choosing and sourcing ingredients. The ingredients we use are biodynamically grown, wild foraged or certified organic.  We encourage you to read our product pages thoroughly before purchase to ensure they meet your convictions. All ingredients listed as Organic or Wildcrafted have received the proper certification by our suppliers.

  • What is the shelf life of your products?

    For best results, use within 1.5 years of the production date, located in the batch number on the bottom of your product. Or within 6 months of opening, whichever comes first. These shelf life guidelines guarantee your product's ingredients will be at their freshest and most nutrient-dense state. If you use your products consistently, as directed, you will finish them well within the suggested time.

    Please keep in mind that your products are made fresh, from natural whole food grade ingredients, so naturally your skin will benefit most if they are used as directed, and consistently, from the day you receive them.

  • Why is my product a different color than my last order?

    Harvested crops vary in color depth from season to season. This in no way lessens the effectiveness of the product. We'd rather not include synthetic dyes, bleaches or color enhancers to create consistency.

  • Are your products safe for pregnancy & breast feeding?

    All of our products are considered safe for use during pregnancy & breast feeding. The ingredients that we use that would be in question are the essential oils. We use essential oils with great care and at their therapeutic dosages according to the latest research, which is quite low and not at high enough levels to be considered harmful. However, its always best to consult your physician or practitioner.

  • I don't know where to start. Which products are best for me?

    We'd love to help! Products are grouped together by skin state or by quick shop goals. If you're not sure of your skin state, visit our Personalize Your Ritual page and compare your skin to the descriptions listed and choose your skin state from the menu. You will be guided to product recommendations and your suggestion daily regimen, from there.

Shopping / Customer Service
  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    We process our orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. We cannot make changes or cancel once we have sent you confirmation that the package has shipped, along with tracking information.

    If you must cancel your order, change the shipping address or add/remove items from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations are not guaranteed and can only be made during business hours (Monday - Friday 10am-4pm, EST)

  • Where can I find your products near me?

    To purchase our products in-store or online near you, browse our Retail Partners to find the closest location.

  • How do I become a Rewards Member?

    Our rewards members get more than points with each purchase. They also get exclusive private sales and promotions, access to limited editions, and discounts off live and online events. Join by creating a Store Account. Click the icon top right and follow the prompts to open your account. That's it! Once your account is activated, you can check back to track your orders, view past purchases and track and redeem your reward points.

  • How do I redeem my reward points?

    Login to your store account and click the REWARDS button in the navigation bar. Your rewards page will display your available points and a list of discount codes you can use toward purchases. Click on the code/discount you want to use, and paste it into the discount code window at checkout.

Shipping / Returns
  • When will my order ship?

    Orders ship within 2-5 business days. At times, there may be a slight delay as some products may need to be made fresh (rarely). You will be notified when your order ships with an email and tracking info. For further information about order processing & shipping, please visit our Shipping page.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes. Currently we ship to all countries except Italy and Spain. For more information, please visit our Shipping Policies page.

  • Do you accept returns?

    We accept returns within 14 days of the day your package is marked delivered. Product must be in new, unopened, sellable condition. Please Contact Us to begin your return. Once your return is received and approved, we will refund your order, less the shipping cost. Products sent to us without pre-authorization will not be accepted.
