Come join us for The Unwind, our monthly Mask and Meditate online gathering.

Unwind and relax in a fun, empowering space, and learn easy yet impactful mindfulness practices you can add to your daily routine or masking sessions to relieve stress and tension, cultivate greater wellbeing, and rejuvenate your skin beyond what your daily skincare routine can do.

Unwind is free to attend, and everyone is welcome.

WHAT

Bring your favorite facial mask and your curiosity, and get ready to fully unwind.

Our meet is about an hour. We'll get grounded (which in and of itself is so relaxing), 

then we'll sink into a guided meditation to help you release any tensions and loud

thoughts. Followed by guidance on how to do this at home and Q+A.

Why do we mask and meditate? During the time it takes for a facial mask to do its magic for our skin, we've got at least 20 minutes we could be devoting to our life balance and wellbeing. It doesn't take long to truly relax in order to come back to center and let go of the tensions that cause skin issues and aging, and pile up over time disrupting our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

The fast paced content of our daily lives can be very loud over top of our true, authentic sense of self. Practicing mindfulness just a few minutes a day helps to shed everything that builds up and allow ourselves to shine through.

FOR SKIN

Improves the mind/skin connection. Slows the aging process, addressing the underlying facial tensions, stagnation/puffiness, and poor oxygen and nutrient circulation that cause the signs of aging.
