Most orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt. Products are made fresh with each order, with the exception of the most popular products, which are
produced weekly to meet demand. Processing time does not include weekends.

NATURALLOGIC accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & Echecks through Paypal, as well as check or money order. Orders placed by check or
money order will ship after the check has cleared.
Shipping
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Large orders may take up to 2 weeks for delivery. I generally ship USPS First Class or Priority, depending on the
weight. Priority packages are charged the going flat rate for deliveries, per pound. Any over-charged postal fees will be reimbursed to your Paypal account.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
I DO ship to all countries!!! However, extra fees do apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer. I ask that all International customers, please contact me
prior to placing your order online to discuss postage fees.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Each order is shipped to the address provided by your Paypay account. If you would like to have your package shipped to another location, please contact with the
address.
PACKAGING
You will find various types of packing materials protecting your purchases, some of them are not (in my opinion) good for our beautiful planet. You will often see
seemingly miscellaneous writings, stickers, old postage crossed out on your delivery package. You guessed right... it's a hand-me-down. I re-use all boxes, fillers,
and packing materials the come to me from outside sources :) Additionally, I use only recycled or recyclable containers and packaging. Please recycle or re-use
them.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the all natural composition of NATURALLOGIC products, I cannot accept returns. I want you to be satisfied with your order, so please contact me if you have
a product concern to discuss a replacement or store credit.
WHOLESALE
NATURALLOGIC Body & Skin products are available for wholesale & back bar to select Spas & Boutiques, in limited quantities. Please contact me for more info.
