Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 72 business hours of receipt. Processing time does not include weekends. Products are made fresh every
week on Monday and Tuesday. Orders placed on Monday or Tuesday will be shipped on Wednesday. Orders placed Wednesday through
Sunday will be shipped the following week.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders shipped/delivered within the state of California.
Shipping & Handling
Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Large orders may take up to 2 weeks for delivery. We generally ship USPS or UPS depending
on your selection. Please keep in mind UPS does not ship toP.O. Boxes.
International Customers
We ship to all countries, however, extra fees do apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We ask that all International retail
customers please email or call us
prior to placing your order online.
Returns & Exchanges
NATURALLOGIC wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the all-natural nature of our products, we will only accept returns on
unused items purchased directlyfrom us through our online store. We cannot accept returns for purchases made from other locations. Please
return your unused product within 10 days of receipt, alongwith your order number, a copy of your receipt, and the reason for your return.
Please note that we are unable to accept products that have been opened or used. We willgladly replace any damaged or defective item
immediately.
